The Founders
Adam Fareed began his career as a medical doctor, working for over five years in the NHS before transitioning into business. He holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from IESE Business School, one of the top 10 business schools globally.
Louis Lew brings extensive commercial and operational expertise, having held leadership and managerial roles at industry-leading companies such as Danaher, Veralto, WuXi Biologics and Johnson & Johnson. He also holds an MBA from IESE Business School.
Both Adam and Louis come from entrepreneurial families. Adam's family has extensive experience in export businesses and real estate investment, while Louis' father was a distributor for a water filtration company in Malaysia.
